Letters of Recommendation from Professor Belkin I am happy to write letters of recommendation for students who received an A in any of my undergraduate classes. If you would like me to write a letter for you, please provide a packet with the following information. Materials must be provided one month before your letter is due. All materials should be copies, not originals. Finally, if you mail the packet to me, please send me an email to confirm that I received it. -Transcript -Resume -Papers you wrote in my class -Addressed envelope -Your phone number and email and your TA's name -Personal statement explaining why you are applying to the fellowship, program, job or school Please establish a file with career services or some other reference letter service that will distribute your letters of recommendation for you. I am glad to provide one letter for your file which can then be sent to as many programs as you like, but in general I do not sent out multiple letters.
