New Book on NGOs Co-authored by UCSB Alum

David M. Potter (Ph.D. '92) and his colleage Shimima Ahmed have provided a comprehensive overview of Non-Government Organizations in their new book, NGOs in International Politics, a recent release from Kumerian Press. They wrote the book because "in the course of teaching classes on NGOs, we realized the need for an undergraduate textbook on the topic." The book provides both the history of NGOS and a scholarly analysis of their dynamics and influence. More information is available on the Kumerian Press publicity release website for this title.
