Globalization: Values, Responsibility, and Global Justice
This year's speaker for the 6th Annual Frank K. Kelly Lecture for Humanity's Future

Right Livelihood Awards. The Awards were established in 1980 to honor those individuals
who uphold the principles of "right livelihood": namely, that each person should follow
an honest occupation that fully respects other people and the natural world.
Jakob von Uexkull is a past member of the European Parliament who holds both
German and Swedish citizenship. He attended Hamburg International School and was
graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford, with an M.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and
