The Evolution of Social Norms


Photo of Elinor OstromThe featured speaker for this presentation at the Bren School is Elinor Ostrom, Arthur F. Bently Professor of Political Science and Co-Director of the Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis at Indiana University. She is a past President of the American Political Science Association. Professor Ostrom is interested in exploring how institutional rules affect the structure of action situations within which individuals face incentives, make choices, and jointly affect each other.

This free event in the Bren colloquium series is co-sponsored by the Department of Political Science.
